The eyes Of a fan: May 2013

As i sit here listening to Asking Alexandria I came to the realization i never posted about WTR oops.

Believe it or not it all started with a bad attitude and a restless basically sleepless night.

I thought once i got there things would change but sadly i was mistaken. It was my first concert "alone" pretty much i mean sure i had my dad and his friend there but they didn't help much if anything they just added to my bad mood and to the loneliness. It was a good day Great day even don't get me wrong but damn i wish it was better.

once we got there and finally got in i was a little lost because the stages i was looking for weren't where i expected them to be, but i guess that's normal for a venue I've never been to before. It was actually a really nice well spaced out place, and both main stages were next to each other so it made it much easier to race to a good spot between set times. After getting into place for AA (asking Alexandria) I realized a band i had never heard of before would be going on before them. In this moment And to my surprise they were actually quite good. They've definitely Gained a new fan. And i got some good pictures so that's a plus!!

Although i was eager for AA to come on after seeing Danny peaking out from side stage i still really enjoyed in this moments set. AA was FANTASTIC i was close, got good shots, and even got to fan girl a little hehehe. Sadly i started to get extremely light headed and dizzy and it got to the point where i couldn't bear it any longer and had to get the hell out of there and quick... Which depressed me because they were my favorite of the day and i had really been enjoying finally getting to see one of my favorite bands live. My dad annoyed me a little after this happened but he bought me cheese fries and a snow cone which totally made up for it. Oh how he knows me all to well. He brought me things he knew i couldn't refuse...

Luckily for me after feeling better i had learned one of my friends was also there and i was able to find her THANK GOD because i was dying concerts kind of suck when alone and my bad mood just made it all worse... After meeting up with my friend they day got better and was enjoyable. Not that AA and all of the other things were bad or un enjoyable... things just got better once not alone.

Seeing three day's grace without Adam kind of reeked havoc on my heart and soul. I don't like change all that much and believe me, That was a big BIG change. I hated it haaaaaaatttteeeeeeeeeeed it. But after getting home and researching/ watching live videos of Matt with 3dg (three day's grace) I realized that i was just butt hurt over everything and that Matt really was a good fit for the band. Even though it's a big change it's a good change i now believe.
